Jens is a Lead Concept Artist / Concept Director specializing in production design for environments and vehicles. With more than 15 years in the gaming industry he has helped establish the look of numerous AAA titles. With strong leadership skills, Jens has pushed the craftsmanship and quality of the artwork, while building and managing a team of concept artists.

Respawn Entertainment, Apex Legends, July 2019 - Present. Lead Concept Artist / Concept Director building and managing the concept team for Respawn Vancouver.

EA Motive, Star Wars Project, Nov 2017 - June 2019. Senior Concept Artist building and managing concept team for an exciting new project. Focusing on the Production Design for environments, props and vehicles.

EA Visceral Games, Star Wars Project, Apr 2014 - Oct 2017. Worked closely with Amy Hennig, Doug Chiang and Lucasfilm, creating 2D and 3D concepts for environments and vehicle designs.

EA Visceral Games, Dead Space 2, Dead Space 3, Battlefield Hardline, Jan 2009 - Apr - 2014. Worked on DS2, DS3 and Hardline from pre-production to the projects completion doing concepts for environments and props.

Cryptic Studios, Champions Online, Star Trek Online, June 2008 - Jan 2009. Concept art for the environment exteriors, interiors, ships and props.

Crystal Dynamics, Tomb Raider Underworld, March 2008 - June 2008. Concept artist on TR8 designing props, artifacts (their lighting effects) as well as Lara’s ATV motorcycle.
